At Servis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
